Return & Cancellation Policy
We are a small Made to Order brand, and we manufacture and print each item specifically for each order. Due to this, we are unable to offer returns except for the following reasons:
1. Items shipped with major printing errors
2. Items that got lost/misplaced during shipping and were not delivered by the estimated timeline
3. Items that arrive with damages.
Returns are costly and messy, especially for a small brand like us. We request you to carefully review and confirm the product (size, colour, fit, material) etc. before ordering, so as to minimise hassles later on. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Feel free to contact us on email or WhatsApp for any return-related queries.
How to initiate a Return or Replacement?
1. Please reach out to us at turnonecompany@gmail.com (preferred) or on our WhatsApp number (+91 95830 82922) with the relevant reason and details.
2. For major printing errors or damages, you must provide photos of the damaged item with the tag and graphic clearly visible.
3. If your return is approved, we will arrange the pickup and send you instructions for the pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: If no courier partner is servicing in your area, you need to self ship product to us.
4. Once the item is received at our end, the amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Cancellations and Order Change
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you want to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet, reach out to us at turnonecompany@gmail.com (preferred) or on our WhatsApp number (+91 95830 82922).
1. Cancellation requests made before the item is shipped will be eligible for a full refund.
2. If the product is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damages and issues
Your satisfaction with product quality is our top priority. Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect or defective or damaged. We will promptly look into it and make it right.
