Are Turn1 products officially licensed?

No. All products and designs on Turn1 are original, independently created fan art. Turn1 is an independent Formula 1 fan brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, any F1 team, or any driver. Any references to drivers, teams or events are used descriptively, in the spirit of fan celebration and commentary.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — we offer COD across India on orders up to ₹2,499. Please note that some discount codes may not apply on COD orders.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Shipping is free across India. As a made-to-order brand, items are typically shipped within 3–5 days of your order and can take up to 10 days from the order date to arrive. You'll receive an email once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

What is your return policy?

As a small made-to-order brand, we offer a 7-day return or replacement in three cases: items with major printing errors, items lost or misplaced in transit and not delivered on time, or items that arrive damaged. Please double-check size and colour before ordering. Full details are in our Return and Cancellation Policy.

What if my size doesn't fit?

Easy size exchanges — just message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a swap. As a small made-to-order brand we can't offer free exchanges: you self-ship the item back and pay a ₹129 re-shipping fee, and once we receive and verify it we'll ship the new size.
